Wow. I have lived in Portland my entire life and try to purchase from locally owned companies. My recent experience is a nightmare. I cant figure out if they are just really unorganized or trying to pull a fast one. I am not getting into the details bu,t be very careful about rebates. I am 2 months into a purchase and cant get the correct documents to send in. They even made up a fake purchase date to re validate rebates that were wrong anyway. This is after several calls. No names mentioned but the Beaverton store....""store 10"", manager doesn't have the decency to call me back after a detailed voice mail.
