Businiess name:  Axis Community Health

Review content:
My good friend waited 2 months to enroll in the Axis Community DUI program in Dublin, CA. On the day of the appointment my friend called to verify what was needed, the the Axis Community employee was very rude saying they had already told her they needed such and such paperwork from DMV which was not true. The employee said; ""just run down to DMV and get it in 5 minutes"", that should tell you their sarcasm and what planet they live on). When the rude employee passed my friend on to the Supervisor, the Supervisor had an attitude as to they do nothing wrong. The Supervisor hung up on my friend twice when she did not want to hear that they made a mistake and it would cost my friend many days delay after 2 1/2 months..\r My friend went down to DMV and got the paperwork, then proceeded to her appointment. When she got to the Axis office, the Supervisor denied her to enroll. Of course the Supervisor had an attitude and was trying to antagonize my friend and the person with her so she would not get her enrollment. Then the other Axis Community employees who had apologized previously for the Supervisor for hanging up, were threaten by the Supervisor to call the police saying they felt threaten by my friends friend. First they antagonize the customer. The employees then made up what occured based on the Supervisor's threat. When my friend's friend actually called the CEO, they got a return call from another Axis employee who also wanted to deny the actions of their employees and then proceeded to hang up. When the CEO was contacted, she did not have an answer for why her employee was denying any enrollment previous to any confrontation. Yes, the CEO actually said she was trying to protect her employees. Be AWARE that if you go to Axis Community health and are threaten by their employees or treated with disrespect, they will lie about it and the CEO will defend them. The CEO will NOT listen to the grievance and NOT protect you the customer. Turned out Axis charges way waymore. Cons: Rude Customer Service and Managment Denial
