Actually had another company out for my furnace. They recommended I replaced the system so I got a quote. Needless to say it was pricey! I've seen Mister Quik in advertisements before so I called them to get a second bid. I have to say I was really impressed with how informative the gentlemen was on the equipment over the first quote I had. He just put into detail what each system would do for my house and actually took the time to make sure I was understanding what he was recommending. I'm not one to bash or name the other company but they didn't even have a price book! I didn't think anything of it but after I had Mister Quik out I was pretty upset with how I was treated in the first quote. They didn't ask me how my bills were, my goals for the house I'm currently in. All they asked me was the budget I had for it and somehow the system they quoted just so happen to be 200 less than what they said. When mister Quik came out, he asked those questions that were important to me and he had a price book! What he recommended was over the budget I had in plan but I went with Mr Quik but I got a much better system for a little more money. The other company was quoting me a 13 seer ac with a 95% and Mr Quik showed me his price book which beat that. The other company was playing me for a fool. I am so glad I called for a second bid and avoided a 15 yr mistake
