So far we haven't had great experience with this company. We used them because we had our garbage disposal start to leak. It was covered by our home warrenty, with a $90 deductible. They came out and check the disposal, saying it was a dime in the disposal. A few days later we got a call that it wasn't covered by our home warrenty, and the deductible had to go towards that last visit, but could use $25 of it towards this visit. We checked around and with the$25 off, it was the cheapest out there. We were already annoyed at losing the money on the warranty, but made an appointment for them to replace the disposal. They told us "sometime Monday". Ok, I know this is often a time range given by repair people..but they usually give you some idea. So we call and call for a time, but keep getting a machine. So...they weren't there Monday. They call on Tuesday night saying they'll be at our house between 8 and 11. Fine, we just want to get this over with. The guy shows up at 9, and says they sent the wrong disposal with him ,and he'd have to drive 45 minutes to go get one. So he's going to other appointments and we'll have to reschedule. What the heck? We've already taken off enough work for these people...we're doing it ourselves.
