Our company operates on multiple Mac platforms, 9 printers, 4 scanners and a triple redundant back-up system processing more than 40,000 images and documents each year in support of major law firms and insurance companies. The technical expertise provided by MacPlus has helped our company exceed all business projections in each of the last 8 business quarters. The level of service has been exceptional in all areas including acquisition and installation of new hardware and software, finding solutions to our networking and remote accessing needs, and guiding us through new business software. Since we began working with MacPlus more than 3-years ago we have never had a problem arise that Eric could not investigate, recommend a solution, and implement the appropriate corrective action in a timely manner. He keeps us up-and-running. And that's what it is all about.
