I had a horrible experience with this company and I want to warn anyone who might be thinking of ordering from them. Trust me, you DONT want to go down this road lol.
It all started when I ordered 2 hair care products. About a week and a half later, I got a package that only contained 1. The other product was backordered and I was told I'd get it in 5-7 business days. Well after that week went by without a package I contacted the company only to find that they were completely out of stock and their vendor was out of stock too!
They advised me to wait 2-3 more days until they get the shipment from their vendor, but that never happened. I then asked for a refund and I'm still in the process of getting it (I ordered the product 12/31/11 and it's now Jan 22 2012). They will try to jerk you around when it comes to refunds. I don't believe the lady, Jill, even credited my refund, I think they are lying and trying to keep my money.
Why is it that if I were to order something it wouldn't take 4 days for them to process a payment, but when it comes to refunding a product that I wasnt even given, I'm still waiting nearly a week for my credit to be issued. They are liars. They haven't issued my credit, they just think I'll go away quietly and they can pocket my money. Their customer service is horrible and incompetent. If you are thinking of patronizing their website please think again.
