I had dessert from Hui Lau Shan the first time in Hong Kong and fell completely in love with it, despite the long lines and the crowdedness of the little store there. Nothing tastes bad here; the mango pudding is absolutely the smoothest, creamiest you'll ever have. The coconut ice cream is refreshing and is more like Italian ice than ice cream. The watermelon juice is ABSOLUTELY to die for (its also a really good deal compared to other items on the menu - $2.50). I love that the desserts here do not taste overwhelmingly sweet - they are all very light and healthy. I literally would come here every single day if I could. If you're adventurous (for a non-Asian person) you could try the bird's nest, harsmar, or guilingao. But yeah...the watermelon juice is just frikkin' awesome. Pros: Taste, open late (great for students), selection Cons: Parking, could be easily considered overpriced
