I can not say enough about the professional, courteous and amazing job that Sara did for me. I have hair that has been really through some bad color processing before and I have not ever really been happy with the cut. I brought in pictures (which was really helpful), explained the issues that have happened before that I want to avoid ever happening again. Sara took time to listen to me and then immediately knew what to chose for me. She didnt over-talk my ear off and was as friendly and kind as could be during the time I was there. She cut only what I asked her to and does it after she dries it not while it's wet. I have never been so happy as I am today with the job she did. The highlight and cut were well worth the $120.00. I would rather pay that and be able to trust that I will walk out happier than when I came in. I am thrilled with the excellent service, professionalism and talent Sara has. She is well worth your hair investment!!\r

Pros: Nice atmosphere, lots of products if you want them, great customer service, relaxing
Cons: I dont like paying a lot of money especially in this economy - so that part is hard - but well worth the cost for the excellent job Sara does
