I took a chance after reading the reviews and began to see Sara. She's awesome to talk to, listens and always has great ideas. My hair has never felt healthier after getting it colored/highlighted! She does a great job and has always been on time. My only ""complaint"" would be for them to find a new receptionist. She never engages in any small talk, hardly ever smiles and just seems like she's too good to be working there. Initial presence anywhere is huge and I do not feel welcome when I arrive, or when I leave. A simple ""good-bye"" or ""thank you"" from the front would be nice since I am spending a substaintial amount in the salon. Other than that, everyone else seems very nice, they carry great products and having a glass of wine at 4PM is a great touch to the end my day.
Pros: Convenient, on time, clean and lots of stylists to choose from
Cons: Receptionist, parking can be tight
