Went in for a full color - didn't realize until I got home that all I got was a sloppy touch up - still a lot of gray hair underneath - AND at least a 1/2 inch of gray at one temple (I didn't see that while I was there because I was sitting a few feet away from the mirror.) That alone was sloppy coloring - combined with the other issue all of this was completely unacceptable, especially for what I paid!!!
I don't know where the communication problem was, but I was VERY clear when I scheduled the appointment that I wanted a full color. At no point did I ever say anything about a ""touch up""!!!! Why my stylist - who've I've seen a few times before and liked - didn't do what I asked is baffling to me.
Now I need to go back in (if I ever return to this salon) and get this fixed -which is more money and more of my valuable time. NOT a happy client at all!!!
