Hair dresser didn't listen to me. The hair dresser fried my hair when highlighting it, I lost hand fulls of hair for a week. I am growing my hair out - I asked for a trim, she decided to layer it without asking. I asked for coffee, and they wouldn't make me any. Not very friendly, no smiling faces. Very expensive. The hairdresser told me that working on my hair made her glad that she didn't have hair like mine. I give them zero stars - they have all around poor service.
