I've never had food quite like the items served up at Xanh restaurant in Mountain View. Once we were seated, our server arrived quickly and took our drink and food orders. Before I knew it, the first appetizer came - the deuce roll. This was a springroll type appetizer with shrimp and pork rolled up in rice paper with a flavorful peanut sauce. These rolls are a highlight of the menu. Be sure to order one even if you don't typically order appetizers. My main course was the garlic noodles with prawns. The prawns were large and full of flavor and the noodles were cooked just right. We also ordered the coconut rice, which was stickier and more coconut-y (down to being sprinkled with tiny coconut flakes). It was fabulous! Pros: flavorful food, unique menu Cons: crowded
