Review content:
The apartment complex I live in uses this company to tow anyone who is illegally parked. They have access to the complex at night which is gated and do their rounds looking for anyone who could be considered illegally parked.
When they towed my vehicle which was not illegally parked, I called them in which the owner was rude from the beginning. When I began to argue with him telling him I wasn't parked illegally, he began to swear and scream stating ""I'm the owner!"" like he was better than everyone else and ""You will pay the full price!"" and promptly hung up on me.
I had to speak with the apartment complex and threaten getting a lawyer involved. The apartment complex manager somehow managed to talk him into giving the vehicle back and delivering it to me. When asked to see the pictures, they were at subjective angles to make it look like I was parked illegally but ultimately didn't prove anything except my tire had contact with the curb versus his story of ""being over the curb"" which is far from being illegally parked.
I don't know why this company and possibly others are given access to apartment complexes to tow people at their discretion, but their judgment of what ""illegally parked"" means is far from accurate. It seems like they are more about taking people's money than being honest people who tow people who are illegally parked which could cause a hazard for emergency services such as Fire Trucks and Ambulances.
And even if I was on here typing irately from having my vehicle towed, it still doesn't negate the fact they treat people like garbage and other people I spoke with from the complex who have had their vehicles towed by this company have all said similar statements. And since the owner is who I dealt with, it speaks volumes of the company as a whole.
I suggest you never use this company for anything you need and pray they don't steal your vehicle in the middle of the night. Too bad I cannot rate them ""No Stars"".
P.S. The one Five-Star rating review on this board was most likely made by the company to make themselves look better. The Caps-Lock was a nice touch to make it stand out. Could you people go any lower?
