Mike showed up at my home unable to effectively perform an inspection himself. He failed to tell me he was having medical issues rendering him unable to walk. He had his friend go up on my roof and say it was in good condition (when in reality it needed to replaced ASAP) and checked all windows and faucets. He did not even catch that our circuit breakers were a bad FPE model. The kind that is known to not trip properly, thus requiring new boxes. The positive thing is that he sends your inspection report quickly (which is important for closing) and is a people person. I was looking at a fixer upper, but was hoping for an inspector who could tell me more than I already knew! Mike is great for a quick closing and a nice guy, but not what I was looking for in a home inspector.
Also, Do not order the termite inspection. He hires some random guy or friend who wastes your time and money
