I have had several experiences with several different tailors in getting custom clothes done. I decided to give Balani a try to make my tuxedo for my upcoming wedding. (I have a very broad back and shoulders and a hard to fit body) I was skeptical at first that I would find someone who could finally make me a suit that fits properly, yet with the extra details I like. Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly with Hello Mister..., I don't usually like to be called Mister, but man did it make me feel like a VIP walking into this place! The sales guy Joe, was unbelievable! He made the process so easy and within 15 minutes of meeting him and be educated on the process and details that go into making a suit (which no other tailor has ever taken the time to do), I knew this time around I would be very pleased with the outcome of the suit. So, to make a long story short, I received my suit and man, did it fit great! I actually thought it fit good enough for me to walk out wearing it, but again with Joe's attention to detail, he suggested a couple little touch-ups to make it perfect. My fiance was very excited about the tuxedo and thought I looked great in it. (I actually think I might have stolen the spotlight a little from her on our big day ;) Anyway, I would definitely recommend Balani to anyone, I don't think it would matter what type of body you have, they would be able to make you a suit that looks great! So if are looking for that personalized attention and great quality, give Joe or Balani a call. I know they have a long time customer in me!
Pros: Quality, Customer Service, eye for details
Cons: parking downtown, but not their fault. Well worth paying the parking to get a suit from them!
