I am new to the area and have been looking for a place to tan. I found Planet Beach on google. I read some of the previous reviews and was a little apprehensive about going here but figured it was only one person out of several who did not reccommend them. I thought I should try it at least once and form my own opinion. Boy am I glad I did! They were soooo nice to me and created a special package that would fit my needs and my budget! They even gave me a FREE body hydration treatment just for coming in! It was the best experience I have had in years and its a comfort to know that this is a large company with hundreds of locations so I dont have to worry about them closing (which is what happened to my last place). I dont normally write reviews and stuff but felt that the customer and quality of service far exceeded my expectaions I just had to write about it! Thank You Planet Beach! I love you guys already!
Pros: clean, customer service, quality of tanning, knowledgable
Cons: recommend making appointments during peak hours
