You had better be ready for your RV to be in their hands for MONTHS if you are dumb enough to bring it to them! I had ""warranty"" work that was promised in 7 days and 90 days later I FINALLY get it back with only 1/5 of the items fixed that were on the list. I was told that that they were slammed with emergency jobs for people that came in off the highway and that is why the delay. They couldn't explain why only one item was done on the repair order. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back to this business again, especially since my Mfrs. warranty is now expired so I can go elsewhere. I dobelieve after to talking with other unhappy customers in the waiting area that they pay attention to $$$ customers and out warranty customers on the back back burner. I also heard that they are getting their Monaco dealership license pulled. I wonder why??!!
