I agree with the last comment! Is this spa paying a fee to be on this website? I've been a spa-goer since my teens. By far, this has been the worst spa I've ever been to! You are judged by the second you walk through those glass doors! I had a skin consultation with the younger doctor. She was so cold and rude I decided not to book an appointment. As I was walking out the door, one office girl was yelling at someone over the phone. Others gave me dirty looks for not dropping $3,000 on services performed by an incompetent doctor. They seem to be fake until they know you will not drop a dime. Guessing they must get a cut. In this recession, go to a spa where you are appreciated. This is definitely not the one!
