Review content:
After reading the other reviews, I was very hesitant to even try this spa. I am SO GLAD I went! My mom and I had the ""SPA CARD"", a promotional card that gives you a good deal on massages in the Milwaukee area. I try to visit a spa for a massage about five or six times a year (with or without the SPA CARD). When I read the reviews I thought Arvasi might give us a hard time about using them since they had been described as stuck up. Just the opposite. We were treated very well. Customer service was exceptional and we felt very welcome even with a discount card. The atmosphere is tranquil and comfortable. The ""relaxation area"" had almonds, tea and other small snacks, which was great since we were there pretty early in the morning. The massage therapist was a professional and made me feel totally good about myself. The massage table and sheets were clean, dry, soft and comfortable and the massage room was warm. The locker room had products to use, seating and a more private area with a curtain where the lockers are. I can sort of see how the locker room had been described as ""open"", but I think they rectified that, because now there are even heavy curtains over the doors so even if someone were to come in, privacy is maintained. The shower had great water pressure, although it wasn't the fancy kind of shower with mulitple shower heads and steam etc. that you sometimes find at spas. I found the personnel to be warm and attentive. I wasn't interested in purchasing any products and no one pressured me about it. The massage therapist gave me a card of what she would recommend for me in the future, which I actually found helpful and a few weeks later I received a personal follow-up note. I often feel as though customer service is a lost art, but my confidence is a little renewed with my experience at Arvasi. I would highly recommend this spa and will definitley return. ..maybe even without my discount card :)
Pros: Massage, Customer Service
