They did a horrible job fixing our vacuum. The vacuum only worked one time after we got it back. They also lost all of our attachments!\r

After 1 month they finally decide to order us the parts they lost. It took them about 2 months to get these parts & they didn't even call us to let us know they came in.\r

Don't go to this store because they're not professional & their hours of operation are not good for the majority of people who work a typical 9-5 M-F job. Also, they are not friendly & really don't seem to care whether they do a good job or not. \r

They wasted our time and our $. We are very unhappy with the level of service we received and will tell everyone we know so that they can prevent similar experiences from happening to them.
