Review content:
Trios has done a complete 180 in the last year. Under new management, the new guy has improved the service 100%. While we used to go and laugh at the occasional dud employee, we have noticed that on the rare occasion when we still have a problem, that person isn't there the next time we are in. Eveything else has tightened up as well. The quality control of the food has improved to near perfection, and I have noticed that the wines and drinks have gotten a lot more consistent. Contrary to what others have said, Trios is less expensive than almost all of its neighbors. If you expect $3 nameless bourbon well drinks, go to the suburbs. But Trios pours an honest drink at a very reasonable price.\r

Happy hour, which runs from 5-7pm on Weekdays, puts all of their HUGE wine by the glass selection, all of their draft beers, and all of their amazing pizzas half off! This has to be the most generous happy hour in LoDo. I understand that they offer a different happy hour on the weekends, but I don't know what the specials are.
Pros: Stiff Drinks, Low Prices
Cons: Limited hours
