Review content:
Because I had family in town, we wanted to go somewhere nice for Italian. The usual Denver restaurant came up as first choice, but we were so tired from our day of downhill biking that we decided to stick close to home. After reading the reviews about Pastas and seeing the ads in my local paper, I pulled up their website. Menu sounded great, prices affordable, and the pictures of the dining area looked nice. I enjoyed reading the owner's mission statement, so we decided to check it out. \r

It was a superb dining experience. The atmosphere was comfortable yet refined. The entire staff was extremely welcoming, and the food delicious. This will be a regular spot for my husband and I for a romantic dinners or just for a glass of wine at the bar where he can watch the Broncos on TV.
Cons: tucked in corner and had difficulty finding it
