Review content:
I am so upset by what happended to four of my sweaters. I brought them to be dry cleaned thinking they would be better taken care of than if I wash them myself in a washing machine. When I got ready for work and put one of my newly dry cleaned sweater on, to my disappointment it shrunk to a size that was no longer flattering. The next day I tried on the other sweaters that were dry cleaned at Mr. Dryclean and found out they had all shrunk!! One them so small it can now fit my boyfriend's little four year old neice; a it used to be a missy size medium. Uggrh!! I was so upset beacause I spent about $150 - $200 on the sweaters and $15 on the dry cleaning.\r
\r
I brought them back, to see if they could compensate me in some way. They offered to dry clean them again. How would that rectify the situation, when they are already clean? That wouldn't reverse the shrinkage. They were very indifferent and uncaring of the situation. I asked, ""Aren't you responsible for garments you dry clean?"" The owner or manager said ""it is the factories responsibility."" How is it the factories responsibility, when they are not the ones cleaning it? I should have asked. I know in the end they are just sweaters, but I thought of the wasted money and the fact that I wouldn't enjoy wearing them as I used to now that they were too small. \r
\r
They didn't even care to make me happpy by compensating me in a way that makes sense. I guess they don't care about keeping and making loyal customers.
Pros: Close to my home, cleaned other items ok
Cons: Bad and indifferent customer service, shrinks sweaters
