Amateur hour. We had 7 PM diner reservations. We were sat right down, we choose the patio. We only waited about 10 minutes for us to place our order. The waitress suggested the special. She described it well, except for the price. We did not order any drinks and only ordered some sparkling water.
I wish I had asked the price before ordering, even though that would seem weird.
The people near us get served 15 minutes later, They look at it and say, ""this is not what we ordered"". The waiter then takes it and sets it aside by the outdoor exit. Then 5 minutes later the waitress comes over and gives us that meal, now sitting there for 5 minutes outside, the one removed from someones else s table.
So after we eat I get the bill. $86 for two small meals and water. Oh well I thought, live and learn. So I put my card in the folder and wait, and wait, and wait. No sign of our waitress anywhere. Exactly 30 minutes later she comes over to collect it. I said, that waiting 30 minutes to leave was not acceptable. I told her I was not going to have my card gone from this table for more than 10 minutes, tops. She did apologize and did return in 5 minutes with my card.
With these kind of prices for such small portions of food I expect really great service and not amateur hour.
