I have probably writen 15 different reviews on rentals/ real estate, the worse 2 so far, have both been in Tucson in the past year. \r
Impressive website and model homes. Even the real ones are pretty nice, however, they are fake replicas of the model, without all the nice appliance, flooring or cabinets that they claim they have. \r
Pretty to look at, cheaply built, not surprised, it is a cookie cutter housing development! Our counter was falling off when we moved it, bath tubs are crap, as are the fridge and dish washer. No ceiling fans in any rooms but one, not at all what their models display, and it does not state anywhere in writing about that. Another loss of points for them. \r
Though they do up front state they are not responsible for bugs, we found roaches in the kitchen on day one, makes me wonder how much cleaning they actually did. The back yard is covered in ants and roaches at all times. Pretty nice having your own back yard, pretty crappy when you have to keep forking out tons of cash to be able to use it. \r
The staff, ha!! At first, before we had signed anything, they all seemed really nice and polite and helpful! yep, that changed less then 24 hours of getting our keys. Try to call about questions you have, forget getting an answer, or even a professional sounding person to speak to! The guy who answered my phone call told me ""well its a rental, what do you expect"", then had the nerve to run his mouth about me with my husband standing in the leasing office the next day. Real professional!!! Our leasing agent straight up told us to do things against our lease and not get caught. \r
They're lease is writen with very open ended language, so when we questioned the permission needed in writting for things, lets see, one agent told us to just go ahead and not get caught , the other snapped my head off about evening asking. Great people skills ladies!! \r
Call to speak to the head leasing manager, which it says to do in our lease over this issue, christ, I got my head chewed off for telling her what the other agent had told us, like thats my fault. Says she's going to return a call later that day, 8 days later, never heard from her. Then trys to say that she meant she would call us a week later!! Pretty obvious with her manner and tone that she cant be wrong about anything and takes down to people. Probably the worse manager that I have ever dealt with. If people ever talked to my clients that way, they would have been fired. Rude as can be. \r
The place is at least quiet, which is far better than our last place in this town, but again, we're dealing with leasing agents who have such ego's and chips on their shoulders, they apparently forgot who pays thier salary! \r
If it wasnt for the dirty home and rude staff, this place would be fairly nice. I wouldnt recommend wasting your money here. \r
There are multiple complaints filed with the Better Buisness Bureau, and after talking to the lady the poor owners let run the place, I can see why, if I had read those before moving here, you can better believe I wouldnt have wasted my time or money!! Its sad how one person can ruin an entire places' reputation with you, and their head leasing agent has done that!!!!
