For years I've done business with national banks as well as Tucson Federal...TFCU is always ON IT and a pleasure to deal with. Meantime, the banks acting like...well, big banks...bank fees and on hold for half an hour, don't know you from Adam. Moved everything to Tucson Federal last month, supporting local people who know me and treat me right. Jeff in particular is my Go To guy but everyone at TFCU is upbeat and helpful.
