This dealership has the worst customer service, is not organized. I purchased a boat from them in February. 5 months later, and I am still having trouble getting my registration with the Department of Motor Vehicle because Desert Autoplex failed to fill out the title correctly. You'd think a business that has been selling for years would know how to fill out a title correctly by now. Every time we called Desert Autoplex, we were given the run around, never got a straight answer. Even when it came to dealing with the manager, who was just as rude as the rest of the employees who answered our calls. No one knew how to answer our questions or get us the help we needed. Terrible! Will never recommend them, nor buy from them again!
