Unfortunately, this web site has become toxic, and no longer serves the purpose for which it was intended. As indicated in a previous post, when the court decides a conservatorship/trust case, there is usually an individual who loses control over their relative or the relative's assets (old Chinese proverb... ""You never really know someone until you share an inheritance with them.""). The ""losing"" party, unable to express their outrage against the legal system, launches an attack against the court appointed fiduciary. You can identify such an individual by the tenor of their attack... it usually lacks sophistication, attacks on a personal level, contains gross generalizations and fails to remind the reader that all the actions of the fiduciary were reviewed and approved by the court. Finally, the attacks are anonymous, which allows the writer to avoid penalties for libel or slander. If you really want to consider working with (any) fiduciary, simply schedule a personal meeting with that fiduciary and ask as many questions as you wish; review the individual's record with the state licensing board... chances are you will then be able to make an intelligent, informed decision without anonymous postings.
