As a reply on your comment, you made a few false statements as to us selling your truck. (1) you were stopped by local police over useing disable Vet licens plates, which did not match the vehicle, you truck was then Impounded by Ferris Police Dept. We are 1 out of 4 towing companies that pull and store Police impounded for the Ferris PD. TDLR regulates all of the VSF--(auto impound lots.) in Texas, and they set strick laws that we abide by. You did n't prove ownership, at the time you wanted to retrieve your truck, and without a state issued Title, or any other list of legal requirements we could not release this truck back to you. Your personal belonging were kept in the truck and were kept in a secure enclosed building for over 6 months waiting for you to get it together, and return and I told you personaly , that after 73 days after the 1 st day of impound, that the VSF could auction off this vehicle. You have not as I am aware,never returned. Stan, I kept this truck inside our VSF for over the required time limit, by at least 45 days.
