For those familiar with Crossfit this is a place you need to try. For those that aren't I would suggest you do a little research online about Crossfit (as there is a lot of great info) to learn more about it and then come in for a workout to experience it first hand. I've been working out at Crossfit Portland for just a few months and have already seen great results. What I like most about CF Portland is their wholistic approach to fitness (strength, joint mobility, agility, balance, and nutrition). The staff really know their stuff and are extremely helpful and friendly. Don't be intimidated by the sound of the workouts as they can be scaled to any fitness level. Whether working one on one with their great trainers or working out with groups, you won't be disappointed! Mark Vandehey. Pros: Great staff, great facility, convenient location, wholistic approach Cons: Haven't found one yet!
