Businiess name:  Crossfit Portland

Review content:
If you're tired of ""going to the gym"", want an intense and dynamic workout in a 'compete against yourself and others' (fun) environment then crossfit portland is for you!\r \r As someone having worked extensively with a trainer on heavy-lifting in recent years (but burning out) and also having done the gym routine for many many years, hearing about crossfit was more than exciting. I wanted something in addition to running and power yoga to complete the craving I had for a kick-your-butt workout where you also really learned about efficient ways to move your body in life and sport. The gymnastic and oddball (at least at first) weighted workouts were also quite appealing to me. \r \r crossfit portland also very much quenched my thirst for the social and ""game day jitter"" vibe I wanted and that is obviously missing in solitary sport slike running or yoga as well as headphone-wearing gym workouts.\r \r As is probably obviously I lo-hove crossfit portland and the trainers there; I am a year strong and hoping to do it for many many more!! Pros: Trainers, class times & a totally different workout environment than you are used to!
