Review content:
Living in the immediate area Brother's is convenient. I can honestly say that I have never been able to get thru by calling my order ahead of time on the first 3 - 4 attempts, the line is always busy. When I eventually get through the employee is usually friendly and helpful. When arriving to pick up my order it has always ready within the time I was quoted. My biggest gripe is if you try to walk in to the establishment without calling ahead first. There are normally about 5, if not more young adults working behind the counter, the first observation. After placing your order you have to wait for one specific person to prepare your order. It appears that there is a specific person for each area, pizza, subs/salads, fried foods, and an employee to take your order. The one that really annoys me is the ""kid"" that I have only, in going there for five plus years, only wraps and cuts the subs. Seriously, that's all that he does. Like the title states, only order over the phone if you can get through. The food has always been good and freshly prepared. If you don't mind waiting than this a good place.
