Because I have an allergy to MSG I always clarify to waitstaff when ordering to reduce mistakes or possible problems. The waitstaff person went to the kitchen 2 times to make sure my choice would not contain MSG. I first had to educate the manager what MSG is and the severity of my reaction. I was told to change my order later and chose another. THe communication seemed clear and after 2 minutes of eating I became ill & realized my food was full of MSG. The response of the manager & staff was oh well, we never had that problem before, just acted like it was no big deal.\r The danger of allergies can render many problems. The Truth is No Food should contain MSG, especially food consumed by children!! Fresh good quality food needs no additives. preservatives or special seasonings to be delicious.\r Shame on you Copperhead Grill! Cons: Waitstaff & Kitchen staff need training & knowledge
