Please direct me to whom ever I need to speak with to help bring our family member home. He is an inmate at Dayton Tx. He has served 12 years. He is due to be released and now we understand the victum has the last word. He has served his time and wants to start a new life. He did not murder or rape anyone. What are our rights? He was clear for parole and the day he is to be released it is denied. There has to be some justice and we want it.
