During 2007, my mother and father was staying at Stratford court and at the time Alliance care was the prepared care provider in the building. At the beginning everything was fine until my parents started complaining to me about a care staff employee name, Grace Decker. They complain to me that she is very rude and pushy. My parents ware both in their 80's at the time. When I first confronted Grace, she seems to be the nicest ""Christian"" lady you'll ever meet, but in reality that's just her ""fake"" mask. I've complained to Alliancecare management several times and they refuse to do anything about it. Grace had the audacity to accuse my parents of being insane when she was being accuse of abuse. I have also reported her to the Stratford Court managers and they told me that I wasn't the first to complain about her. She's been asked by other residents in the building not to come back in their room because of her attitude. I also found out from other Alliance care staff that, she constantly gets into a confrontation with her other coworkers as well, but for some unknown reason she is still working at the facility. The Alliance Care management is also at fault here, because they refuse to reprimand this employee and seems to fall on deaf ears even though numerous patients and family complained about Grace. If your're thinking about using Alliance care as a care provider for your love ones, please reconsider hiring another company.
2011 - Update: I visited my mother's friend and I found out that Bayada Nurses has officially taken over as the prepared Health care provider for Stratford court.
