I checked out several tattoo shops in Raleigh and am happy I settled on Eternal Ink. Even though it's a 40 minute drive for me it was worth it. Both the tattoo artists have lots of experience (27 & 12 years) and have the portfolios of excellent work to prove it. While my tat wasn't super complex they offered design suggestions, excellent work, a welcoming atmosphere, and a good price. Well done!
