I went to this place because i got a coupon in the mail. worst mistake ever just gave them 40.00 for nothing. their mechanic aligned my car and the steering wheel was off-center and my car would pull to the right also they didn't told me that the inner tie rod had to be replaced. 2 days later i go to Meineke for an oil change and they told me the inner tie rod is messed up. Got the part replace and when back to H&H and they told me it is on me and i can pay them 60.00 for another alignment or go get it done somewhere else which I did. I would never bring any other vehicle to H&H tire any other ASE mechanic would have told me about the inner tie rod before doing the alignment. There's is a place call full Throttle near Chelton and Platt that does the alignment for 40.00 and they are professionals.
