I eat all organic, live in the neighborhood and try to always support local businesses over chains such as whole foods when possible. I have had it wiht this place though and am mainly posting because i hope the owner will read and fix this - see yelp as well for the frequent complaints. I have gone in an average of 3times a week minimum and the staff is very rude. I normally dont care and let people deal with their own bad attitudes if that is how they are but today was the 5th time one staff member had been incredibly arrogant and rude. And I have to be honest I am sick of it. I will no longer shop there. There are plenty of other good organic shops in the same neighborhood - I really do hope some changes are made in that area because I would like all of the local shops to succeed but that does not excuse the constant snotty, condescending and often nasty attitude myself and many others are subjected to at this place. I dont even care about the whole ""customer service"" thing I just dont think one person has a right to be arrogant to another - let alone repeatedly.
