Probably one of the best fast Chinese Foods all around the beach cities in California, I mean, that's why they have been open for over 21 years. I remember my parents used to come here all the time when I was a little baby, before the Redondo Beach Pier was remodeled, when the Fun Factory was more crowded than Disneyland! Mini Chinese Food maintains a consistency in their ingredients and taste, and always clean. Do not expect excellent customer service, this is a fast food place, but with their huge portions and delicious dishes, I will always come back for more as a local resident of the South Bay Community, and even as a tourist. This Mini Chinese Food has excellent authenticity in my opinion as a Chinese person. Their Chicken Skewers are to DIE for, a combination of an American style to Chinese flavor, their Chow mein beats out some dine-in restaurants in Little Taipei (aka San Gabriel Valley), and their Orange chicken is a recipe that will never be stolen. Panda Express, Pick up Stix, they definitely can not compare to Mini Chinese in terms of flavor and portions. \r
Family owned/operated/chef for over 20 years, I asked the chef/owner why dont' they just hire a manager and cooks? ""Because the recipe will stay with them forever!""
