Businiess name:  Scardino's Restaurant

Review content:
I have been to Scardino's twice. The first time I thought maybe it was what I ordered...but this time we tried to stick with the classics. I had the tortellini with peas and mushrooms and my husband had the pasta carbonara. \r First of all both pasta dishes were overcooked. My cream sauce tasted just like plain cream! Not even a hint of nutmeg or any other seasoning. The pasta carbonara was DISGUSTING! I know that carbonara isn't a light pasta, but this one was swimming in oil or butter. It looked like the dish had curdled. How can they get something so basic like pasta carbonara wrong? It was so terrible that I still have a headache and upset stomach.\r This place is for the amateur, buffet loving, McDonalds eating kind of person. If you want to experience this food without spending much money, just go and get yourself of a can of Chef Boyardee. Believe me, there is not much of a difference.\r Pros: Nice people Cons: Food
