Review content:
I love Subway, just not this one. I have several Subways in my general area and the service is usually good, however, I've only been to this Subway 3 times. All three times I found unsanitary conditions and VERY rude employees. \r \r The place itself was not dirty, the employees however do not change their gloves in between orders. They do not wipe down the table they make the sandwiches on... EVER, they use the same knife to cut every sandwich without cleaning it which means you get the day old e coli infested sauce that everyone had on their sandwich. \r \r Just to note, I don't leave many reviews about anything, if I do they are usually about something I like, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. \r \r Example: The person in front of me ordered Chicken Teriyaki, the employee had Chicken Teriyaki sauce all over her gloves and proceeded to grab the turkey for my sandwich. I stopped her and ask her if she could change her gloves (I was polite). She gave me a very nasty look and with extreme sarcasm said ""you want me to change my gloves"". She took her gloves off and angrily threw them in the trash, violently put on a new pair making sure to dramatically struggle like I ask her to give her life up for me. \r \r Jared would be ashamed... \r \r She then proceeded to rudely ask me what I want on my sandwich, when she was done I asked her not to cut the sandwich, She looked at me right in the eyes and cut that sucker intentionally! That pissed me off, so I asked for her corporate number, her managers name and her name. \r \r She gave me a fake number, and refused to tell me her name or her employee ID number and stated ""what I gave you is all you're getting"" and walked to the back of the store. \r \r I left, went to the Subway down the road and received VERY polite service with a smile. There were 3 people in front of me, two of them were together and ordered the same sandwich, after making those two the employee changed her gloves before asking the next person what he wanted. The table was clean and wiped down after the first two orders, and the knife was clean. Perfect service! \r \r The difference in service has to do with the franchise owner, the first Subway obviously doesn't stress politeness or sanitary conditions. The second franchise owner heavily stresses both politeness and sanitary conditions which I appreciate very much. \r \r Unsanitary conditions, rude employees... you make the call.
