Review content:
Our air conditioner broke so my boyfriend did some research and found this company. At first I thought they had something to do with the military then I realized it was a play on words. A little confusing.
The van pulled up and was painted to look like a tank or a plane or something. Confusing.
The service guy reeked of cigarette smoke, yet looked presentable. He did some tests and said three different parts were bad and/or going bad. He started with a sales pitch on replacing the unit then pulled a 180 and wanted to sell a service contract on the existing unit. More confusion
In the end we ended up having him fix the parts. They ended up costing $1300+ :( ,which was a complete surprise. The unit worked for a couple days then broke again. We called back because of the so called warranty on the previously installed parts. Service Guy came out and went through the sales pitch again. Long story short it cost us several hundred dollars more to get it working again.
I just don't understand how they received all these 5 star reviews. Very confused
