The young salesman named N**K is a very nice guy. Good to work with. very Friendly. The finance department guy named S**NY is a very good, responsible guy too! He helped me at the last 2 of the 6 month to try resolve my problem. The finance manager, or actually the manager, named B***Y C**K - DON'T deal with him at all - He is very unhelpful, never return my call. I even stopped by (I live in SF), give him a face to face question and compliant - Never return with solution. My problem with this dealership is more to a DMV problem. I got my used car from them last week of June 2009. I just got my plate without the renewal letter today (January 23rd, 2010) with my deadline to renewal on the 28th. I had been waiting for around 3 months and started to worry about the plate..called and was told to wait as California DMV is slow. at December of 2009, I started to be angry about the situation and started to call every week, while the guy S**NY was very helpful to try get me the plate... Then, I guess because of the holiday schedule, no one return my call...until 1/2/2010 I stopped by suddenly to see them, tried to find out what had happened....Then I met with B***Y C**K again - Then I found out my registration will be due 1/28/2010 and he promised me to find out what had happened and will give me a call..... 2 weeks - nothing. I called and ask for S**NY, this time he managed to finally give me the phone number to the person, C********NE who handle the dealership DMV paper work. (by the way, they are sharing one team for all the AUTO Nation dealership at Roseville) I called this lady - she told me the reason about the plate, which I accepted the reason, but keep asking about the registration as I told her that if I am not going to receive my renewal, I will have to spend at least an hour line up at local DMV. She told me that fee should have been paid and will find out if I have to pay more and give me a call back - she never call back. Not until I called her again a two days ago she then told me I will have to pay the fee, and I should receive the renewal letter with the plate together, right before the due day of 1/28/10 - NOT TRUE. Today, 1/23/10, I received the plate, NOT the renewal. I have been buying very good used car for almost 10 years now - THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE experiences. Unless you really want to buy cars from them, I will highly NOT recommend their so called ""Service"".
