Review content:
Notice the difference in reviews on this site: those who had just purchased their dresses from POB rate it highly; those (like me) who have gone through the entire process with them do not recommend them to anyone. Yes, the dresses are beautiful. Yes, the staff will treat you like gold, initially. All of this will end as soon as they receive full payment from you and your bridesmaids. I spent well over $4500 on my gown; they lied about the date by it (and my bridesmaids' gowns) would arrive, the consultant measured incorrectly so my dress ended up being two inches too short in the front (which is impossible to fix since the dress came in a full month after they'd promised and a mere week before the wedding itself), and the manager's word is simply not to be trusted. Four of my girlfriends recently got engaged or married; after hearing my story, not a single girl stepped into the Wynnewood store. Bottom line is, I love my gown still, but I had to spend hundreds extra to have all my formal portraits photoshopped to lengthen the dress. Do yourself a favor -- go anywhere else. This place is only in it to get your money. Priscilla of Boston was the absolute worst part of my otherwise perfect wedding experience.
Pros: beautiful gowns
Cons: Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde staff -- all they want is your money
