Time was of the essence as our tenant needed to occupy the space ASAP. With your help we were able to accomplish this & have them moved in a few weeks earlier than scheduled & with everything operating without fault.\r
A 2,800 hr. electrical installation project that was estimated to last over 3 months was completed by your hard-working and dedicated crew in 2 months and within budget. We recorded no incidents and this was an extraordinary achievement. Your planning and installation was noticeably properly executed in all phases.\r
Your onsite crew was the best we have ever worked with & we are pleased by their timeliness and professionalism displayed to our other tenants. \r
My gratitude goes out to your company and we definitely look forward to working with you in the future and Modern Concepts would be highly recommended by us for any size project.\r
