Review content:
My dad took my mom's car in to get a remote starter put in for Christmas and they have had nothing but problems with it! Once the car is started (if you can get it to start with the remote) it locks the car, and turns on the radio. Once you shut the car off, you better have your hand on the button that moves the seat back or you'll be squished into the steering wheel because it moves the seat forward instead of going back to let you exit the car! The trunk used to pop opened once you unlocked the doors from their remote. He took it back to the westland store where it was put in and the service guy almost didn't want to fix it. My dad was a little angry and told them there is a LIFETIME warranty on everything and they had to fix it. So 5 hours later they called and said It was fixed and he could come and get it. Well I don't think they even looked at it.the only thing it did after they ""fixed"" it was it didn't pop open the trunk once you opened/unlocked the doors. He wishes now he would have never gotten it. More headaches then its worth. (Also was quoted 3 different prices for the same product) Would not reccomend them at all!
