Review content:
I went to London Calling because I couldn't get an appointment at my regular salon (Jenny's). The salon is in a good location and it's super cute inside and the receptionists were friendly. However, I just wanted a shampoo and my hair blow-dried straight, nothing fancy. I made this clear to the stylist and she ended up using a curling iron and charging me $40. My hair looked pretty but it wasn't what I asked for and I spent quite a bit more than I thought I would be spending. Now I make sure I call a head of time to get an appointment--at Jenny's Salon in Madison Heights!
Pros: location, atmosphere, skill
