I was excited to keep it local for the wedding but unfortunately I regret my decision to do so.. It was great all they way until the wedding. After that it turned into disaster. It has been 1 year and 3 months and I still to this day do not have wedding pictures. I got an album which I proofed and made corrections on.. Well needless to say, the album got made with OUT the corrections and the wrong last name was on the album... I sent it back for the corrections to be made, and it's been phone/email tag ever since. The picture quality in the album was very poor. The pictures were very unclear and gritty. No cropping was done, and it was just bad all around. This was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life, and I have no pictures of it at all.. I just think of this situation and it makes me sick.. Someone who has been in the ""business"" for years, you would expect something better..
