Fiberglass Estate Community has been in business since November, 1989. All potential clients receive and review contract prior to signing it. Any questions are discussed prior to their special event. All policy and rules are written and in the contract. Example, NO GYM SHOES, You must be 21yrs. old to enter a cabaret NO exceptions. You ( CLIENT )are responsible for informing you guest via FLYERS and TICKETS of rules and your obligations to the contract. Security is at thefrt. door metal deteching and checking I.D. only time management get involved is when the client request to come to door re: a discrepancy between security and understanding rules or contract terms.
