East Bank has a very soothing and calming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. The receptionist and hair dressers are attentive and sincerely interested in making you feel comfortable and ensure that you enjoy your experience. Karen has been doing my hair for years. She s very personable and takes her time doing your hair. the colors always come out beautiful and natural. Karen is very knowledgeable mixing colors and creating the best look for me. the haircut always looks great; i ve never been disappointed. In addition she has done my hair for several fancy special occasions. her choice of up-do is thoughtful and fitting for the style of my dress and the setting of the evening. karen recommments great products and simple techniques for me to do my hair on my own at home.
